These terms apply to the use of this website and to lessons, tickets and events provided by Thirdypsalms Music & Media Ltd.
Bookings and lessons
Lesson fees are payable as agreed. Please give reasonable notice to reschedule a session. We will always try to accommodate changes where possible.
Tickets
Event tickets are sold subject to availability. Your ticket is confirmed once payment is complete and you receive your ticket code. Tickets are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise.
Refunds
If an event is cancelled by us, ticket holders will be offered a refund or a place at a rescheduled date. Please contact us about any other refund request.
The competition
The Kids Music Competition is free to enter and open to the ages stated on the showcase page. Our judges' decisions are final. By entering, you agree that photos and recordings from the event may be used to promote future events.
Behaviour
We want every lesson and event to be safe and welcoming. We may decline service where behaviour puts others at risk.
Liability
We take reasonable care in everything we do. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law.
